Welcome to Downtown Group, which is a special incubator for a group of leading Saudi companies that work in a variety of areas ranging from foodstuffs to technical services.
We began since 15 years as companies working individually and offering their services independently, but our ambition was and still off-limits, we soon realized that despair can’t undermine our passion to make it, so we transformed from individual work to integrated actions, and we started providing other businesses and entities with our services. Before we know it, we became a major player in the field of manufacturing, and then we started the direct contracting with government and military authorities.
Our group includes five of the most effective and most important Saudi companies; Downtown Commerce Foundation, Orient Road Foundation, Downtown Office for Commercial Services, Silk Laundry and Downtown Foundation for security systems. These companies offer their services within four sectors: the commercial sector, the industrial sector, the construction sector and the services sector.
Our staff is more than one hundred employees; most of them are highly qualified Saudis which proves our commitment to society when hiring the elite of its labor force to fulfill the supreme national objectives. These employees do their jobs to the fullest in the framework of the commitment to the values of Islamic Share’a and the principles of transparency, discipline and loyalty.
The current financial power of our group is a capital of a half million riyals, but we are looking forward to raise this amount to five million riyals by the first half of 2015, as I said earlier, our ambition has no limits, so we hope that our expansion at the local and regional levels will enable us to raise our capital to nearly five billion riyals by 2020.

Accordingly, we offer our services and products at reasonable prices while maintaining high quality standards, this will achieve profitability goals along with the moral goals of community service and satisfied customers. We also see our group contributing to the prosperity and development of Saudi society while increasing the proportion of Saudization among Group staff and improving the professional level of all employees on an ongoing basis. We will not neglect our relations with the outer perimeter institutions on the local, regional and international levels.
